Matcha Collagen Cookies

Savor the goodness of our Collagen + Matcha cookies. A delightful blend of flavors that’s easy to whip up. Follow these simple steps for a batch of tasty and wholesome treats.

Servings: 15 cookies             Prep Time: 10 minutes         Cook Time: 10 minutes


  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 scoops 360 Nutrition Collagen + Matcha powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1 ½  tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar 


  1. Preheat and prepare: Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Mix: In a large bowl, add all of the ingredients and whisk until evenly combined resulting in a smooth and slightly sticky batter.
  3. Scoop and shape: Use a tablespoon to scoop the dough onto a lined baking sheet, making roughly 15 cookie mounds. With your fingertips, gently press down on each mound to flatten and shape them into circular cookies.
  4. Bake: Bake the cookies for about 10 minutes. Keep an eye out for the edges, as the cookies won’t necessarily turn golden or brown but will dry around the edges. 
  5. Enjoy: Once baked, let the cookies cool for a moment before eating.
